All XDisk products are manufactured to the highest standard and are tested thoroughly. We try to make using our products as easy as possible but we understand that every ones computing environment is different, so therefore it is very hard to guarantee that all end users will experience the response when installing/using our products

We have created some FAQ's below which will answer the most common questions associated with that product.

Question 1     Why does my 1GB card read less than 1GB in my computer?        

Answer 1     These equations are assuming an unformatted card. A formatted card also contains the File Allocation Table (FAT), which can often take up 5% of the cards capacity.

Question 2     Will my device work with a SDHC Card?

Answer 2     Only if the device is SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) compatible.    

Question 3 Why does my device not accept this card?

Answer 3     This SD card is SDHC which stands for Secure Digital High Capacity. This is a new technology that some older devices arent compatible with. Please ensure your device is SDHC compatible before purchase.
